A university lecturer, a psychology doctor, a dog lover, and the author of a book on dog training titled “100 Times a Dog in the City.”

Jarosław Chludziński

Having been involved in brand strategies for 25 years, he assists businesses in developing innovations, building brands, and creating communication strategies for dynamic growth. His experience spans across advertising agencies, design, and his own strategic projects. He began his journey at PZL, starting as a Strategic Planner and eventually taking on the roles of CSO and later CEO. He has also collaborated with Nevertheless, Havas Creative, Dragon Rouge, &Sons, and SAR. Furthermore, he has worked with clients such as Lirene/Dr Irena Eris, Pako Lorente, the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw, Lewiatan, Auchan, TESCO, Orlen, Lotos, Anwil Włocławek, Grupa Azoty, Zott, Kompania Piwowarska, Grupa Żywiec, Alior Bank, Allianz, ING, PKO BP, PZU, Frugo, mBank, Ikea, Plus, Kruszwica, Kujawski and Masmix. She specializes in cultural and semiotic research and group innovation techniques. She is also a globally renowned dog behaviorist.

Damian gained experience working with agencies such as Plej (Play) and Kuźnia (The Forge). He also worked as a marketing and business journalist, contributing articles to portals like Marketing and Biznes (Marketing and Business), NowyMarketing (NewMarketing), and MamStartup (I Have a Start-up). In his career, he has recorded nearly 200 podcast episodes, co-creating formats such as “Marketing Przegadany”, “Post Sponsorowany” and “Kanał Strategiczny” the last of which earned him an award at the Kreatura 2023. He specializes particularly in gaming, podcasting, energy drinks, and Generation Z topics. Privately, he is a history enthusiast, a gamer, a fan of fantasy, and philosophy.

Martyna Picheta

Cultural semiotician, researcher, and a communication strategist by profession. In her daily life, she also works as a communication strategist. In the past, she gained experience in small branding studios (Odra Studio) and large network agencies (VML). She has been a researcher in projects organized by PTBRIO, including the Research Congress 2020 and Trend Week 2020. She is the author of the presentation “On the Pleasures of the Youth in Times of Inflation” which earned her the 4th place at the Insummit 2023 conference. Furthermore, she enjoys long walks in supermarkets and browsing through new food packaging. In her work, she advises on how those packages that ultimately end up in the shopping basket can look. She sometimes writes about how important these things are.
